Precautions

There are certain behaviors you have to take into consideration when you come face-to-face with the gorillas, especially the silverbacks. They can be aggressive towards you if they feel intimidated by you. So, when gorillas approach you, be sure to avoid eye contact and move out of their way slowly.

Keep a safe distance at all costs when observing the gorillas. Do not get close to them, even if you want to take a photo with them. They are wild animals, and they can be unpredictable.
